Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Certify AI, operated by Custom Taylored Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Certify AI helps you check likely eligibility for government business certifications and prepare application materials. Certify AI is a software tool, not a law firm, accountant or certifying agency.

No guarantees; not legal advice

• Eligibility results, roadmaps, and AI-drafted text are informational and may be incomplete or wrong.
• Certification decisions are made only by the relevant agency. We do not guarantee approval.
• You are responsible for reviewing everything for accuracy before you submit it, and for the truth of the information you provide. Certification applications are typically signed under penalty of perjury.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Purchases, membership and billing

• Eligibility screening is free. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Certification packages are one-time purchases: $349 for your first certification package and $199 for each additional certification ($149 while you have an active Contract Ready membership). Each purchase gives you one credit to start one certification program.
• You can start a purchased credit on a program at any time after you buy it; it does not expire. Once you start a program, it stays open for 12 months from the date you start it. While you have an active Contract Ready membership, programs you have started stay open for as long as the membership is active. If you do not have an active membership, access to a program ends 12 months after you start it.
• Contract Ready is our yearly membership. It keeps your started programs open beyond 12 months and includes deadline monitoring, document vault access and freshness tracking, regulatory change alerts, an annual eligibility re-screen, material change reporting support, capability statement and directory monitoring, a shareable verified certification profile, and the member rate on additional certifications. It is included free for 12 months with your first package. It renews at $199 per year after that only if you opt in to renewal when you buy or start a paid membership later in Settings. A paid membership renews each year until you cancel. You can cancel or pause it at any time from Settings; it continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: purchases of certification packages and additional certifications are non-refundable. A purchased credit that you have not started remains available to start until you use it. If you cancel a paid annual Contract Ready membership during its prepaid year, you may request a prorated refund of the unused portion, calculated in whole quarter-year (three-month) increments. The refund equals the annual fee multiplied by the number of full quarters remaining in the prepaid year divided by four; a partially elapsed quarter is treated as used. The free first year of membership has no refund value. Request a refund at info@fastcertify.ai.
• Partner plans are provided on the terms confirmed with you in writing when you sign up.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change does not affect a purchase you have already made.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us permission to process them to provide the service, including sending them to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false or fraudulent information, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or use it to violate any law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost contracts or denied certifications.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Disputes and nonbinding arbitration

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at info@fastcertify.ai and try to resolve it informally. If that fails, by using Certify AI you and we agree to submit the dispute to nonbinding arbitration before either party files a lawsuit. Nonbinding means the arbitrator's decision is advisory: either party may reject it and then pursue the claim in court as described below. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in Alameda County, California, and each party bears its own costs and shares the arbitrator's fees equally. Either party may seek urgent court relief, such as an injunction, without first arbitrating.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Subject to the arbitration step above, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
