Privacy Policy

Certify AI, powered by Custom Taylored Solutions ("we", "us"), helps small businesses prepare applications for government certifications. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and sign-in credentials (including Google sign-in if you use it).
• Business profile: legal name, EIN, entity type, address, NAICS codes, revenue and employee counts.
• Owner information: names, ownership percentages, and, where a certification requires it, citizenship, veteran or disability status, and demographic details you choose to provide.
• Documents you upload: for example tax returns, articles of incorporation, licenses, and VA award letters, and the information extracted from them.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, billing status and customer ID, not your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: device, browser, and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide eligibility screening, document analysis, application preparation and narrative drafting.
• To manage your subscription, send receipts, renewal reminders and service notices.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

AI processing

To generate screening results, extract document fields and draft narratives, we send relevant parts of your business profile and documents to Anthropic, our AI provider, through its API. We do not use your content to train our own models. Review AI-generated output before you rely on it or submit it to an agency.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that operate Certify AI for us, under confidentiality obligations:

• Supabase (database, authentication and file storage)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (AI processing)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Vercel (hosting)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and uploaded documents at any time by emailing info@fastcertify.ai; we will delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls limiting each account to its own records, and accessed by our staff only as needed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information. Contact info@fastcertify.ai to make a request.

Children

Certify AI is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
