What does one package cover?
One certification program, from eligibility to a submission-ready package. Start it any time after you buy it. Once you start a program it stays open for 12 months, and longer while you have an active Contract Ready membership.
What if I want more than one certification?
Each additional certification is $199, or $149 (25% off) with an active Contract Ready membership. It reuses your business profile and documents, so you only gather them once.
What is Contract Ready?
It keeps every program you have started open beyond the first 12 months and covers the work of staying certified: deadline monitoring, document vault access and freshness tracking, regulatory change alerts, an annual eligibility re-screen, material change reporting support, capability statement and directory monitoring, a shareable verified certification profile, and 25% off additional certifications. Your first 12 months are included with your first package. After that it is $199 a year, only if you choose to renew, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable, but an unused package never expires, so you can start when you are ready.
I am an SBDC, CDFI, APEX center or consultant. Do you have a plan for me?
Yes. The partner plan is $1,200 a year and includes 3 client applications, then $149 for each additional one. Contact info@fastcertify.ai to set it up.
Do I need a consultant to use Certify AI?
No, that's the point. Consultants charge roughly $795 to $2,200 per state or local application. Certify AI guides you through the process with AI, and you keep full control and review everything before you submit.
Is my business data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own data. We never share your information with agencies or third parties.
